2. Confirm the consultation
Chamber consultation hours are 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Please call before visiting to confirm availability and learn which documents should be brought. An initial call does not confirm acceptance of the matter.
3. Prepare the facts
Write a short, dated sequence of important events. Include the names of involved parties, existing case or complaint numbers, police station, court, next hearing date and any deadline. Accurate facts help make the discussion efficient.
4. Bring relevant documents
- Notices, summons, complaints, FIR details, orders and court papers.
- Agreements, deeds, receipts, correspondence and transaction records.
- Identity documents and documents showing your connection to the matter.
- Any prior legal correspondence or advice relevant to the issue.
Bring originals where available and a readable set of copies. Do not alter, annotate or discard documents that may be relevant.
Confidentiality and email
Use the initial enquiry to arrange a private discussion. Avoid sending confidential documents or extensive sensitive facts by email until the matter has been reviewed and expressly accepted. Email delivery and response cannot be guaranteed for urgent matters.
Acceptance, scope and fees
Representation begins only after conflict and suitability checks, express acceptance, confirmation of the work to be undertaken and any necessary authorisation or fee arrangements. No outcome can be guaranteed.
